Courteous and Helpful From your initial contact with MGExecutive and throughout your journey, we are friendly and discreet. Efficient and Punctual Your enquiry will be handled by experienced staff, who will relay accurate information to our drivers to provide an efficient and punctual service. All drivers take the requirements of passengers very seriously. We make it our aim that every passenger arrives at their destination comfortable and relaxed. Legal and Legitimate MGExecutive is fully licensed by Charnwood Borough Council as a Private Hire Vehicle operator. All vehicles are licensed as Private Hire. These licenses are displayed at all times inside the car, though we do have an exemption on displaying them on the outside of the vehicles ensuring that we do not have the image of a taxi company. Our vehicles undergo six-monthly inspections to ensure on-going roadworthiness. All vehicles are insured with a L5 million public liability. Drivers All our drivers are trained to a very high standard. They will be polite and courteous at all times and take care of any issues the traveller may have. They will be attired with shirt, tie and suit. They have all passed a B/TEC course in taxi/private hire, passed a CRB check and had a police check. Cars We currently have two executive saloon cars and an executive people carrier; all with an amazing amount of space inside and a vast amount of luggage space. They are equipped with satellite navigation and air conditioning making the whole journey experience very pleasurable. All vehicles are maintained to a high standard and are regularly valeted inside and out. |
